Service/Dispatch Manager
Responsibilities would be
to
- Oversee the dispatch
function for our service techs to ensure the appropriate
technician is selected based on our client needs.
- Provide technical
support for our technicians.
- Resolve client issues
and complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist the Management
Team with data collection and report preparation.
- Reviews payroll records
to ensure that our technicians are paid properly.
- Observes and enforces
all Company rules and regulations in the performance of
duties.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will
have at least 5 years of related industry related experience
and/or advanced training experience. Any equivalent
combination of education and experience may be substituted.
A working knowledge of dispatch boards, with strong
knowledge of Connectwise is required. Strong supervisory,
communications, computer and mathematical skills will make
you a desired acquisition.
Salary commensurate with
experience.
